I utilized MailChimp for email marketing, SpringBig for text-based rewards, and Treez alongside METRC for seamless retail and compliance management. My design work was crafted using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, while collaboration and task management were streamlined with Slack and Microsoft Office tools. This diverse toolkit allowed me to create impactful marketing campaigns & support efficient retail operations.
